Guests are welcome in the sauna area on New Year's Eve from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. (the entire water park will be open until 8:00 p.m. on December 31, 2025). Children will also be admitted here. Dress code - festive bathing suit.

Conditions for transfer and cancellation of bookings

• Unpaid bookings are cancelled
• For cancellations before 01.12.2025, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or the booking can be transferred once.
• Cancellations between 01.12.2025 and 15.12.2025 are subject to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 16.12.2025 and 28.12.2025 will result in a refund of 30% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation of a reservation on or after 29.12.2025 is non-refundable.

Guests of Druskininkai resort pay a tourist tax of  2 € per person per night (except for children under 18). The fee is not included in the price of accommodation.

Treatment procedures are intended for persons over 18 years of age only. It is necessary to receive a doctor's recommendation for the procedure between 14:00 and 19:00 on arrival day.
