I. Online reservation

1. The Client shall select offered services from the reservation table (overnight stay and breakfast or offered service packages).
2. After getting acquainted with the description and price of the offered service or service packages, the Client shall indicate the number of guests, select the reservation period (number of nights) and a room type.
3. After clicking the link “To book”, the Client shall verify the booking data, indicate the contact information (it is important to indicate an active e-mail) and choose a payment method.
4. After clicking the link “I got acquainted with the booking rules”, the Client shall confirm that he/she has understood the terms of online reservation and agrees with them. In other case, the reservation shall not be made.
5. The Client shall pay the prepayment 100 % of one night (the rest of the amount for the services shall be paid on the arrival to the hotel) or 100 % all reservation under the option of choosing from one of three payment methods specified in the system.

II. Terms of reservation cancellation, change and refund

1. In case of cancellation of the reservation in less than 7 days to the appointed arrival date, the prepayment shall not be reimbursed. The reservation may be moved to another date no later than 2 days before the arrival. The change of the arrival date shall be possible only once, after the reservation transfer, the prepayment shall not be reimbursed.
2. In case of the refund to the Client’s account in the foreign bank, bank fees shall be deducted from the Client.

III. Final provisions

1. The hotel shall not be liable for outcomes in case the Client incorrectly chooses arrival or departure date and/or submits other inaccurate data.
2. Payment collecting systems shall be liable for the service of money transfer operations - mokejimai.lt and paypal.com.
3. The hotel or the company providing online reservation shall not be liable for the system technical failures originating not due to its fault and not pertaining to it.
4. The Service provider shall warrant that all the Client‘s data connected with the reservation shall be protected in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. The Client shall not pay additional costs related with the performance of the reservation transaction.
6. If you plan to arrive after 5 p.m., you must inform us in advance.

Gift coupons reservation rules:

1. The Present coupon(s) confirms the right of the holder of the Present coupon(s) to use servises specified in the amount of coupon(s).
2. The holders of the Present coupon(s) can enjoy the services provided belonging only to Aqua Park, Health Resort, Hotel Aqua or Hotel Flores.
3. If the desired purchase amount exceeds the value of the Present coupon(s), actual difference can be paid in cash/card.
4. The Present coupon shall not be exchanged to cash.
5. The Present coupon(s) is valid during 12 months period from its purchase date.
6. If the Present coupon was not used until the end of its validity period, it will be regarded as null and void.
7. If the holder of the Present coupon acquires services for the amount lower that the amount specified in the Present coupon(s), remaining amount is not returned to the holder of the Present coupon.
8. The holder of the Present coupon having paid by the Present coupon(s), shall not be given the VAT invoice.
9. The Present coupon you can use not necessarily at one time.
